Changing lanes just got safer. The D-MAX’s Blind Spot Assistant uses radar sensors to continuously monitor your vehicle’s blind spots. If another vehicle is detected, visual alerts on the side mirrors will give you an early warning – helping you avoid unexpected surprises and make confident lane changes.
AIRBAGS & EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM

The D-MAX is equipped with up to eight airbags to provide comprehensive protection in the event of a collision. If the airbags are deployed, the integrated eCall system automatically contacts emergency services (999) and initiates a voice connection with the control centre. For added security, a manual SOS button is also available for immediate assistance at the press of a button.
REAR CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT

When reversing out of parking spaces or driveways, the D-MAX’s Rear Cross Traffic Alert has your back. Using rear-mounted radar sensors, the system detects approaching vehicles, cyclists, or pedestrians from either side and alerts you with visual cues on the side mirrors and a clear audible warning – helping you reverse with confidence and avoid surprises.

The D-MAX’s Autonomous Emergency Braking system helps protect you in critical moments. Using forward-facing sensors, it detects obstacles in your path and alerts you with audible warnings and visual indicators. If a potential collision is detected and you don’t react in time, the system automatically applies the brakes – helping to reduce the severity of an impact or avoid it entirely.
TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION
ALWAYS STAY INFORMED
The D-MAX’s Traffic Sign Recognition system constantly scans the road ahead, detecting important signs such as speed limits. Detected signs are displayed clearly on your driver information screen, helping you stay aware at all times. If you exceed the posted speed limit, the system provides a timely warning – supporting safer, more informed driving.
